Frequently asked questions
If you have ordered several ULTIMATE SETUP products together in one checkout step (e.g. table frame + table top + cable tray etc), they will usually not arrive at the same time. This is due to the fact that the tabletop is declared as a bulky item by our shipping service providers, whereas the table frame and the cable tray are considered normal parcel shipments.
Due to different processing of the shipping service provider, there may be time differences of 1-4 days in the delivery. When you place your order, you will receive tracking numbers for all packages and you can easily track where your order is at the moment.
After your order has been placed, we will prepare your products for dispatch as quickly as possible. As soon as the order is ready for shipment and has been handed over to the shipping company (approx. 1-3 days after your order), you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number for your shipment.
Simply click on the link/button and you will receive the status of your order and can track when your order will arrive at your home.
IMPORTANT: If you have ordered several products (one item each in the shopping cart), there may be different shipping times and therefore also several shipping confirmations via e-mail with a respective tracking code. This is due to the fact that the shipping service providers handle products with different weights/bulk sizes differently. For example, the ULTIMATE SETUP table top is handled as a bulky goods shipment, whereas the ULTIMATE SETUP table frame is handled as a parcel shipment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a preferred delivery date. BUT if you would like your order to be shipped to your home after a certain date (for example, because you are on holiday), please send us an email to info@ultimatesetup.de or write us via the Contact form. We can then arrange the dispatch of your order accordingly at the appropriate time.
IMPORTANT: Please remember to inform us promptly, preferably before or immediately after your order.
You can pre-order products from us at any time if they are sold out. There are two possibilities. The easiest and quickest way is to use the pre-order options integrated in the online shop. You can order products that are not available as normal. The delivery times will be communicated to you transparently during the ordering process. Once you have made your purchase, you can choose whether the delivery time of the entire order should be based on the longest delivery time of a product or whether the products should be delivered directly depending on availability, so that your entire order will probably be delivered at different times.
Alternatively, you can also send an e-mail to info@ultimatesetup.de or contact us directly via the Contact form and tell us which product you would like to pre-order. We will then take care of the rest and clarify everything else with you via e-mail. A request for a pre-order is non-binding.
Order and payment
You can redeem a discount code in the second step of the order process. There you will find a field where you can enter your discount code. The discount will then be deducted directly from the total amount.
PS: Also note the minimum order value and the time limit of individual discount codes.
Transactions can fail for several reasons. Please check the following points:
- Is the information sent to the payment provider (e.g. account details, billing address, password) correct? Check whether typing errors have crept in or the shift key is activated.
- Could your internet connection have been interrupted during the transaction process?
If you can rule out these two sources of error, and there is still an error, please contact our Customer service.
No, we do not currently offer cash on delivery. However, you can find an overview of our various payment options in the FAQ.
We at ULTIMATE SETUP are convinced of our products! That's why we offer you a 30-day return policy. If you decide to return the goods after 30 days, we need a verifiable, important reason for a complaint about the goods (for example, a defect). Only then can we make a claim in accordance with our guarantee conditions. You can find out more about this in the "Shipping/Returns" section. Alternatively, you can of course also use our Customer service contact.

Data protection and data security are top priority at ULTIMATE SETUP! Our transaction system fulfils all criteria of the PCI-DSS guideline (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Each product is individually packaged and sent to your address as a single shipment. For this reason, not all ordered ULTIMATE SETUP products will reach you at the same time. The products that have not yet been delivered are usually delivered promptly, usually after a few days.
Accordingly, the dispatch confirmations are only sent to your e-mail address as soon as the respective product is on its way. This means that you receive the shipping confirmation for each product.
After your order, an invoice is automatically generated and you will usually receive it via email within 24-48 hours. Should the payment process take longer, the invoice dispatch may also be extended accordingly.
My order
The average delivery time is 3-5 working days. As soon as the products leave our warehouse and are on their way to you, you will of course receive a shipping confirmation from us via e-mail.

During the order process, you can enter a different delivery address after entering your billing address. You can also change your delivery address in your customer account under "Settings".
Once your order has been submitted, there is no way to change your delivery address due to automated processes. If you need help or have already placed an order with incorrect information, please contact our Customer service.
Due to the very high demand for ULTIMATE SETUP products and supply bottlenecks caused by the pandemic, delivery times of up to 2 weeks may occur in rare individual cases. We apologise for this long waiting time.
Ideally, you contact our Customer service before you place your order. Then we can work with you to determine the ideal delivery date. Simply contact our Customer service. We will find a solution! Important to know: 12 hours after a successful order, the delivery date can no longer be changed due to the system.
ULTIMATE SETUP always delivers as quickly as possible. If the specified delivery time is not sufficient for you for an important reason (relocation, stay abroad, etc.), then contact our Customer service on. We will try to find a quick solution!
Before and after the purchase
The Ultimate Setup table frame SCORPIO has a load capacity of 80 KG. This includes the weight of the table top. The respective table tops have different weights.
- 140 x 70 x 1.8 cm: 13.8 KG
- 160 x 80 x 2,5 cm: 23,6 KG
- 180 x 80 x 2,5 cm: 26,3 KG
If you choose the Ultimate Setup Gaming table (table frame + table top) in the size 160 x 80 x 2.5 cm, the table has an effective load capacity of 56.4 kg.
So you still have a lot of space for your equipment. To get a feeling for the load-bearing capacity: This version has already been delivered to professional users who have mounted six monitors and a frame/monitor arm for them on the table and the ULTIMATE SETUP gaming table was able to lift the weight with ease.
VOID and SOLA are offered in three sizes. Which size is right for you depends on several factors. The most important: How much space do you have available? Note that you have to allow for a tolerance of 3 cm left/right and 10 cm front/rear!
If you want to place your gaming PC on the tabletop, use multiple monitors or a large curved monitor, then you should definitely opt for the larger version.
In general, we recommend - if there is enough space in your home - to opt for the larger version. Why? It's simple: every gaming setup evolves over time. Technical innovations also change your gaming setup (curved monitor, etc.). It would simply be annoying if your GAMING TABLE soon became too small for one or two new acquisitions.

The ULTIMATE GAMING SETUP has a modular design. All modules are perfectly matched and 100 % compatible.
On each product page, we provide you with all the important information in a separate section. There you will also find a link to the respective assembly instructions.
Our products are generally compatible with those of other manufacturers. Of course, we cannot give you an absolute guarantee. If you are unsure, simply contact our sales team. Customer service. We are happy to help you!
Should a product not work as promised, please contact our Customer service. Together with you, we rule out the possibility that it is a faulty setting of individual components.
Due to its design, ULTIMATE SETUP guarantees different warranty periods:
- 5 years on the SCORPIO table frame and 2 years on the built-in electronics.
- 5 years on the STEALTH cable tray and the ULTIMATE SETUP GADGETS (cupholder/headsetholder)
- 1 year on the electronics of the mouse pads in the Radiant series
Note: The warranty expires as soon as the customer has carried out modifications to the products or independent repair measures. Furthermore, the warranty expires if the assembly and/or installation of the ULTIMATE SETUP products was not carried out according to the specifications of the corresponding assembly instructions.
Sustainability and resource conservation are an important part of the ULTIMATE SETUP philosophy! In order to fully exploit the product life cycle, we offer spare parts if required.
So if a repair should be necessary at some point, you are welcome to let us know via the contact form.
- AST: This message indicates that the table needs to be reset once. Press and hold the button with the arrow pointing down until the table is lowered to the minimum height. Keep the button pressed until you hear a "beep". The table is reset and fully operational again.
- HOT: You have raised and lowered the table too long in one piece. To prevent the motor from overheating, SCORPIO (the table frame) takes a break. This pause can last up to 20 minutes. After 20 min. the table is fully operational again.
- ER16/ER18: This message is displayed when the table is overloaded. Reduce the weight on the table to be able to use the table again.
Yes, the Ultimate Setup table tops are made of one whole piece and are solid.

Shipping/Return
Immediately after your successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as your order is on its way to you, we will inform you again via e-mail. Our shipping service delivers the goods directly to your door. Of course, in compliance with the current hygiene regulations.
We deliver throughout Germany and most cities in europe. You will be informed about the shipping costs transparently during the order process.
We ship free of charge throughout Germany. The shipping costs are displayed during the order process and added to the total price.
Please contact our Customer service and state your order number and the reason for the return so that we can process your return. You can make it easier for us to process your return if you add the invoice for your order to the attachment (which you received by e-mail after placing your order). In the next step, we will check your return request and get in touch with you.
We deliver to selected European countries. The shipping costs and the respective available countries will also be communicated to you transparently when you place your order.
Due to the system, you can only cancel your order within 6 hours. Write to us via the Contact form a message with the subject "Cancellation" and tell us your order number in the text field.
After we have received the goods and they have been checked by our staff, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the same account that was used to pay for the goods when you ordered them.
When shipping to a third country, customs duties and higher handling costs are usually incurred by our shipping service providers. We will inform you about these costs transparently in the order process as soon as you have entered your delivery address. The invoice amount is usually due VAT-free.
